Belfast is starting to buzz again as leading names in retail are making their way back into the city centre.
US clothing giant Gap leads the way with the opening of a new 8,550 square feet flagship store at 20 Donegall Place, relocating from Castle Court, a positive sign for retail in Northern Ireland.
DW sports will locate on to Royal Avenue and Sketchers are also set to open a flagship store in this prime retail area of the city centre.
The resurgence of this area in recent times has been attributed to a number of factors but it is mainly the rates revaluation completed in 2014.
